About Mona Magana

A Southern California native, Mona Magana joins the Price Team with a diverse background, including 8 years of active duty in the US Navy, 14 years in Mortgage Banking, 5 years as a full-time Short Sale Negotiator, Real Estate Agent, Marketing Manager, and Transaction Coordinator. After transferring to the Naval Reserve, she worked in all aspects of mortgage banking. 

 

She wore many hats, including Loan Processor, Document Specialist, Jr. Underwriter, Loan Funder, and Secondary Marketing Specialist. She then obtained her real estate license in order to become a full-time Short Sale Negotiator. As a Short Sale Negotiator, she was able to help upwards of 500 families avoid foreclosure and get on the path to recovery. 

 

After working in multiple arenas of the residential market, Mona joined The Price Team. As Briana Price’s Assistant, Transaction Manager, Listing Coordinator, and Marketing Coordinator, Mona is responsible for managing coming soon and active listings, managing active transactions, coordinating projects to improve the systems and operations of the group, as well as directing the marketing and advertising initiatives for our highly-producing team, creating maximum exposure for property listings. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail make her a great fit for our talented team.
